The Long Beach contingent of National Soup Swap day experienced BOFFO success. We feasted on five delicious soups, unlimited crusty bread and wayyyyy too much wine.
I'm dying to blog about it. But I'm working right now, and wouldn't you know it? It's damn busy. so STAY TUNED!!
Of course you all want to know: Wither my Persian Yogurt and Rice soup?
It came out delicious.
Much to the shock of everyone.
And it's all gone.
