Too much rice milk and possibly too many chia seeds.
Tasty? Heck yeah! I’m eating it as we speak. I mean, it’s oats and rice milk and dates. How bad can it be?
I’ll work on making it prettier next time. Tomorrow I will have strawberries.

Pin oats work really well if done the night before. Different texture, but pretty exciting.
